Selecting or Supplying the Bottle
You have the freedom to choose from our diverse catalogue of bottle shapes and sizes. Alternatively, you can provide us with your own glass bottle design, and we'll recreate it to your exact specifications.
Step 3:
Securing the Mold
Once you're satisfied with your selection and design, the next step is securing the mold creation process. This initiates the process of bringing your glass container to life.
Step 4:
Mold Creation
Our skilled craftsmen meticulously create the mold, a vital component in the glass manufacturing process. It takes approximately two weeks to craft a mold that meets the highest industry standards.
Step 5:
Quality Control and Sample Production
The mold produces an initial sample that serves as the foundation for your glass container. We subject this sample to rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our stringent criteria.
Step 6:
Client Sample Verification
We're committed to transparency and collaboration. A sample of the glass container is sent to you for verification. Your feedback and satisfaction are integral to the process.

Quality Assurance and Client Approval
If the sample passes our quality control checks and you're satisfied with its aesthetics and functionality, we move forward. If not, we'll work with you to address any concerns and create a new mold if necessary.
Step 8:
Iterative Process (if needed)
If adjustments are required based on quality control checks or your feedback, we iterate on the mold and sample creation until both our quality standards are met and you're delighted with the outcome.
Step 9:
Production and Delivery
Once the final sample is approved, we move into production. Your glass containers are crafted with precision and attention to detail. Upon completion, we deliver the finished products to your location.
